Diritto globale e metodologia comparativa: verso un approccio verticale?

Different forms of global phenomena and pluralism involve reconsidering the adequacy of the methods in comparative law. To what extent comparative law and comparative methodology are instrumental to the formation of a lawyer? What is the role of the Supreme Courts with respect to global law? Do Courts use comparative methodology? Though the horizontal comparison is certainly a widespread tendency for comparative analyses, from a methodological point of view, we need to consider the importance offorms of vertical comparison, both a top-down and bottom-up approach.
