In this paper a multi objective strategy based on GAS with ad hoc operators is presented. With the help of two different examples it will be shown that multi objective Pareto design can be addressed with GA and that even a better understanding of the design problem can be achieved by means of this approach. The first case consider a multi-point pressure reconstruc- tion problem of an isolated airfoil that should represent a compromise between a high lift airfoil in subsonie regime and low drag airfoil in transonic conditions. Abstract
The second case consider the preliminary design ofan aero- nautical gas turbine for which different mission specification must be fulfilled.Pubblicazioni consigliate
