A method and system forthe sensing ofthin polymericlayers is presented. This method is based on a differential measurement ofthe complex impedance of two polymeric layers, which constitute active and reference layers. To enhance the sensitivity of the method to structural changes in the polymer a thermal analysisis performed aswell. In this way a complete thermal-dielectric spectroscopy is achieved.
