The activity of reflection is something more than what we see or think “seeing only on the surface”; especially for teachers. Reflective practice can offer teachers an opportunity to develop competences and skills to reflect on their own learning processes and teaching methodologies, to monitor their learning paths and their own development as well. It’s a process of self-assessment that could help them to understand in a deep way in order to learn from the experiences and to plan professional development.

Abstract
