Hourly time series of temperature, salinity, and oxygen collected at the EMSO-E2M3A South Adriatic Facility. Temperature and salinity measurements were acquired at pressures of 150, 350, 550, 750, 900, 1000, and 1200 dbar using instruments deployed on the E3M3A mooring, located in the Southern Adriatic Pit. Sensor drift and offsets were corrected using reference data from CTD casts and Winkler titration samples collected during maintenance operations.
