This article analyzes the limits that the cinematographic original imposes to its translated version. It proposes a criterium for a discoursive evaluation of the translated text throughout the filmic and argomentative modifications. An example is given with Pedro Almodóvar film "Entre tinieblas" distributed in Italy with the name "L'indiscreto fascino del peccato".
