At the end of April 2011, in a new section of Ravne’s underground prehistoric compound that was being cleared, an interesting piece of handwork was discovered by one of our close collaborators, a worker of the Bosnian Foundation of the Sun Pyramid. From the earth filling up the tunnels a small, roundish sandtone rock emerged. It had two surfaces that had been polished and then carved by a human hand. The stone’s dimensions were equal to 4x5 cm and its thickness around 3 cm. Side A, as we will call it from now on, displayed a deeply carved triangle. Close to the triangle’s base there is a further angle with its bisector and in this point the carving seems less deep.

Abstract
At the end of April 2011, in a new section of Ravne’s underground prehistoric compound that was being cleared, an interesting piece of handwork was discovered by one of our close collaborators, a worker of the Bosnian Foundation of the Sun Pyramid. From the earth filling up the tunnels a small, roundish sandtone rock emerged. It had two surfaces that had been polished and then carved by a human hand. The stone’s dimensions were equal to 4x5 cm and its thickness around 3 cm. Side A, as we will call it from now on, displayed a deeply carved triangle. Close to the triangle’s base there is a further angle with its bisector and in this point the carving seems less deep.Pubblicazioni consigliate
