We give a self-contained review of the geometry of complex quantum projective spaces. We present original results as well --- on rational Poincaré duality, positive Hochschild twisted cocycles, the cohomology of the Dolbeault complex and of holomorphic modules ---, and alternative proofs to already established facts.
