Abstract
In the final paper some conclusions are drawn from the studies included in the book. They appreciate particularly the limits posed by the constitutional or european judges to the scope and intensity of affirmative actions adopted by the legislators, in view of actively protecting the individuals from "reverse discriminations".File in questo prodotto:
