EnglishAfter recalling the commitments of Candidate Donald Trump, the essay describes the Donald Trump's environmental policy marking a clear turning point with respect to the strategies implemented by the Obama administration. Bearing in mind the ‘Patchwork’ of Environmental Law and Policy in the United States, the Main Moves of the new President are recalled, as well as the Strategies and Legal Tools he uses to implement his policy and those that were only announced. Finally, the First Consequences of this new policy are recorded and commented on.
