Titius Aristo was a prominent Roman jurist of Trajan's time. Not much is known about him. His birth has been placed approximately in 40–45 ce and his death about 120 ce. His works are lost and not a single fragment of them remains in Justinian's Digest. It is believed that he may have authored (or commented on) a collection of Decrees (Decreta Frontiana or Frontiniana) and written a Digest. Aristo's origins are thought to be ex‐slave and Greek. He was a friend of Pliny the Younger, who admired him.
