The Italian Report deals with the analysis of the legal solution according to Italian law to a number of hypotheticals in the topic of immoral contracts, such as marriage brokerage contracts, nuptial agreements, contracts restraining marriage, conditional contracts of succession, usurious contracts, and immoral suretyships. The Respones to the hypotheticals are organized according to the methodology of the Common Core of European Private Law Project, which separates the analysis according to a number of layers, namely: operative solution; descriptive formants and meta-legal formants.
