This chapter is framed in the context of the recommendation on countering education fraud (Council of Europe 2022b). Strating from the definition of education fraud and education fraud providers contained in the recommendation, this contribution provides an overview of the approaches to countering diploma mills and education fraud by ENIC-NARIC networks and their co-secretariats, in particular the Council of Europe.
