Indagare la giustizia spaziale attraverso il sistema del cibo

Many researchers recognize food both as a driver of socio-spatial justice and as a basic right. Pothukuchi and Kaufman first considered food system an urban question in the contemporary period, but some models were already theorized before them. On this premise, the proposal aims to reflect about relationships between food and the socio-physical-environmental sphere of the communities it feeds, also considering some experiences in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region (Italy) as examples.
