Rewriting modern architecture through solar design: Le Corbusier du Soleil

This essay presents Le Corbusier du Soleil as a collective exercise in design fiction aimed at rethinking modern architecture through solar design. Rather than treating photovoltaics as a merely technical addition, the research explores solarity as an architectural language capable of transforming surfaces, facades, shadows, colors and spatial perception. Through processes of rewriting, retrospective rewriting and overwriting, selected works by Le Corbusier are reimagined as contemporary solar devices. The projects form a critical atlas of possible architectures in which energy becomes visible, compositional and symbolic. Solar design thus emerges as a material of invention, linking technology, imagination, climate and architectural form
