Spracheinstellungen: Theoretischer und methodischer Überblick, Perspektiven und Desiderata in der Mehrsprachigkeits-, DaZ- und DaF-Forschung

The study focuses on the concept and the measurement of language attitudes. The first part of the article gives an overview on theoretical and empirical research on language attitudes in an international context. The second part analyses the previous empirical research on langage attitudes in Germany and the perspective and future issues concerning this research in the multilingual contexts of the actual German society as well as the attitudes towards German as a foreign language.
