Zika is a neurotropic virus much studied in the last years because of rapid spread and also a strong association between ZIKV congenital transmission and congenital Zika syndrome . Also, in adult, Zika infection could cause neurological disorders such as Guillain-Barre syndrome, myelopathy, and encephalitis . For these reasons, there is a growing interest of researchers/clinicians on ZIKV and neurological disorders in adults.
