El marcador del discurso "bueno" en combinación con otros marcadores, y sus posibles traducciones en italiano

Very few scholars have so far studied the combinations of different discourse markers and the combinations of discourse markers and other linguistic elements. Because of this, in this paper we have decided to focus on the combination of the discourse marker bueno and other different discourse markers in Peninsular Spanish. Before the analysis, we present a brief overview of discourse markers in general and of the main features, uses and values of bueno. This overview is meant to prepare the ground for the analysis of the combinations of bueno with other discourse markers. We also propose possible translations of the analysed elements into Italian, so as to provide increased depth to our study. Our analysis pays special attention to the position of bueno in relation to the discourse marker it is combined with (i.e. whether it precedes or follows the other element) and identifies the specific markers frequently used in combination with bueno. A particularly interesting finding is that bueno acquires uses and values that have so far remained undetected when it is combined with other discourse markers.
