The essay examines the state of the art of union information and consultation procedures within delocalization process and productive activity cessation in order to detect emerging criticalities resulting from the multiplication of procedures. The study also examines the recent legislative regulations that have enhanced the role of the trade union in terms of responsibilities in the elaboration of the active and passive policy necessary to manage the employment crisis.

Abstract
