The ‘nomocene’ and the ‘Anthropocenic Legal Tradition’: a narrative hypothesis - The essay addresses issues deriving from a different methodological approach in terms of integrated and complex systems, with the aim of acknowledging the need for the development of specific – and functional – narratives within legal spaces. To this end, the analysis focuses on the paradigmatic change within humanities to further provide a tentative definition of legal tradition. The second part highlights the need to think about the concept ‘nomocene’ as a functional (and not autonomous) element of the Anthropoce, for acknowledging the ongoing establishment of an ‘Anthropocenic tranversal tradition’.

Abstract
The ‘nomocene’ and the ‘Anthropocenic Legal Tradition’: a narrative hypothesis - The essay addresses issues deriving from a different methodological approach in terms of integrated and complex systems, with the aim of acknowledging the need for the development of specific – and functional – narratives within legal spaces. To this end, the analysis focuses on the paradigmatic change within humanities to further provide a tentative definition of legal tradition. The second part highlights the need to think about the concept ‘nomocene’ as a functional (and not autonomous) element of the Anthropoce, for acknowledging the ongoing establishment of an ‘Anthropocenic tranversal tradition’.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
