Il contributo ricostruisce i diversi orientamenti, dottrinali e giurisprudenziali, in ordine al rapporto sussistente fra dichiarazione di accettazione beneficiata, anche a favore di soggetti legalmente incapaci, e imposte operazioni di inventariazione. This paper aims to critically examine, both from the scholars’ and the courts’ views, the legal relationship between the express declaration concerning the acceptance of the inheritance, designed to limit the liability of the heir, and the prescribed inventory operations.
