The 23rd Annual Congress of the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society, Trieste, Italy, 18–20 July 2024: “When the Body Speaks: Conversion Disorder and Beyond” The 2024 NPSA Congress, which was held in the wonderful Trieste, showcased a wealth of fascinating presentations from diverse and converging perspectives on the topic of conversion disorder. With each passing year, the knowledge generated within the realm of neuropsychoanalysis becomes ever more enriching and relevant. The following assembled collection of research and symposium abstracts from the Congress serves to highlight how this meeting proved to be no exception in this regard. The talks covered both research and clinical content. We are most grateful to all of the presenters who contributed so meaningfully to the success of the Congress.
