This study highlights a considerable gap between expert practice and guideline-based recommendations in Bph management, while pointing to ai’s potential to close that gap. Further research, including real-world trials and integration frameworks, is warranted to determine the safety, utility, and ethical considerations of ai-assisted decision-making in urology.
