Philosophy, born as an investigation into nature, unfolds as the thought of principle. But it is precisely the origin of the manifestation that remains hidden. The dialectical tension, configured by Luigi Pareyson, between the passivity of data and the activity of the human person, who freely assumes that data, forms the theoretical background to these pages.
