The present paper deals with the only instance of law translated into lingua facile (from a source text in German Leichte Sprache), the provincial law on participation and inclusion of people with disabilities (7/2015) of South Tyrol. In general, the phenomenon of interlingual translation of simplified language variants is not as widespread as intralingual translation of standard or special language texts. At the same time, specific text types that need to be internationalized and multilingual areas where language simplification is becoming increasingly important (like South Tyrol) make research in this field topical. The features of the simplified versions of the law will first be examined on different linguistic levels; then strictly translational aspects will be considered.

Abstract
The present paper deals with the only instance of law translated into lingua facile (from a source text in German Leichte Sprache), the provincial law on participation and inclusion of people with disabilities (7/2015) of South Tyrol. In general, the phenomenon of interlingual translation of simplified language variants is not as widespread as intralingual translation of standard or special language texts. At the same time, specific text types that need to be internationalized and multilingual areas where language simplification is becoming increasingly important (like South Tyrol) make research in this field topical. The features of the simplified versions of the law will first be examined on different linguistic levels; then strictly translational aspects will be considered.Pubblicazioni consigliate
